PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly hold a flex cable by turning up the flex cable inside a hard disk drive (HDD). SOLUTION: A bracket A70 and a bracket B80 are attached to a flex cable 60. The bracket A70 and the bracket B80 are made independent components, and a band 90 is installed. When the band 90 is used, the bracket A70 and the bracket B80 can be held by attaching the band 90, while the bracket A70 and the bracket B80 are made to overlap. By making the bracket A70 and the bracket B80 independent components, attaching and detaching are easy. Attaching and detaching can be clone in various steps of manufacturing and disassembling. A hook part and a support part can be also arranged on the band 90.
