PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and accurately complete manual alteration accompanying system alteration by decreasing the man-hour needed for the creation of various manuals by automatically creating the manuals. SOLUTION: Although only one data management device 2 is present on a network 1, multiple servers 3 are present. Data gathering devices 30 are arranged on the respective servers 3 on the network to be managed. When a document creation request is received from an input device 11, the data management device 2 requests respective data gathering devices 30 to gather data. A data gathering device 20 gathers system parameters 34, application information 35, and application parameters 36 on the servers 3 at the request made by the data management device 2 and sends the results to the data management device 2. The data management device 2 receives and embeds the data in templates of respective documents and makes a document creation device 12 create requested documents. |
