SOLUTION: Access information such as the date of an access, the number of pages or fees concerning main information which is processed by an access information processing part 34B is recorded in a second UTOC area of a disk 12. Main information is stored in a buffer memory 34A and outputted to a display device 40 or an I/F 44 after recording access information. Access information recorded in the disk 12 is outputted in the case of disk management such as a fee demand and edited by the access information editing part 50A of a host computer 50. Thus, charge is demanded in accordance with the access situation. Besides, access information is stored in a host memory 50B and statistically processed. |
