PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information recording method that can detect the emission intensity of a heating pulse during recording and can perform appropriate recording by properly controlling the heating power of emission light from a laser light source even if recording is made to an optical disk medium using a multi-pulse train. SOLUTION: By making including a heating pulse pd for detecting by a single pulse include during an erasure power period for forming a space region, the emission intensity of the heating pulse can be detected even during recording using a multi-pulse train and a good recording including a mark region by the multi-pulse train can be made under the control of an appropriate emission power based on the detection result. |
