PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rinsing liquid by which the surface of a sheet is washed away from flowing into a swelling tank. SOLUTION: A guide plate 30 supporting the sheet 2 swollen in the swelling tank 20 in order to carry out the sheet 2 is arranged so that its end 30a on an upstream side in the carrying direction of the sheet 2 is positioned inside the tank 20, and its end 30b on a downstream side in the carrying direction of the sheet 2 is positioned above the outside of the tank 20. A guide plate 32 supporting the sheet 2 carried from the plate 30 is arranged so as to be inclined below the outside of the tank 20 toward the downstream side in the carrying direction of the sheet 2 from the end 30b of the plate 30, and a nozzle 39 spraying the rinsing liquid 35 is installed above the plate 32. |
