PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a predetermined amt. of milled rice by automatic filling by providing a temporary storage tank to a small-sized rice-milling machine extremely low in efficiency so as not to generate a rice-milling work sound or rice bran dust during the night. SOLUTION: A blown rice tank 1 for supplying brown rice to a rice-milling machine A and a milled rice tank 2 storing milled rice are provided to a cold reserving storehouse B and sensors 3a, 3b for detecting storage quantity are provided to the milled rice tank 2 to be connected to a scraping roll 9 and the rice-milling machine A to constitute an automatic filling structure of milled rice and, since a small amt. of brown rice is forcibly supplied by the recessed grooves arranged to the scaping roll 9, the rice-milling machine becomes a small-sized rice-milling machine extremely low in efficiency and a rice milling sound or rice bran dust can be suppressed. By springing up milled rice by a grain lifting thrower 7 or supplying cooling air, a rice-milling apparatus storing milled rice in a cold reserving state is constituted. |
