PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive pellet containing an additive at a higher concentration than that of a conventional masterbatch in addition of various additives to synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic synthetic resin is extruded as a cylindrical body having a rectangular section from a die, an additive 12 is introduced inside the cylinder simultaneously with extrusion, and an extruded body having the additive 12 inside is heat-sealed by a specific length and cut by fusion. Thereby, a pellet 1 containing the additive inside a KAMASU (straw sack type container) 11 of thermoplastic synthetic resin is obtained. A structure of an apparatus used therefor is as follows. Two sheets of parallel lips are provided at a tip of a main body having a resin manifold in the rear as the die of an extruder. They are connected to each other by a plurality of parallel crosswise plates. Cores 45 having a rectangular front section connected mutually behind the lip and the crosswise plate are arranged between the crosswise plates. Thereby, many separated square-cylindrical extrusion clearances are formed. |
