PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite communication system capable of simplifying the configuration of a master station concerning the satellite communication system for distributing the contents of communication between the master station and one slave station from the master station to the other slave station. SOLUTION: A master station X is provided with a satellite communication earth station for communicating with a slave station Y, a data changeover switch 109 for inputting transmission data to be sent to the satellite communication earth station as data to be transmitted from the master station X to the first slave station and reception data received by the satellite communication earth station as data sent from the first slave station to the master station and for outputting the inputted transmission data and the reception data while selectively switching them, and a means for distributing the data outputted from the data changeover switch 109 to a second slave station Z while utilizing a second satellite B. |
