PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelly electrolyte for a secondary battery, having a high electrolytic-solution retaining rate, accordingly excelling in conductivity, and having a high electrolytic-solution holding property. SOLUTION: This gelly electrolyte for a secondary battery includes a polycarbonate polyurethane, a carbonate compound, and a lithium ion compound. The percentage content of the carbonate compound is 200 wt.% or more relative to the polycarbonate polyurethane, and the carbonate compound is at least one kind of ethylene carbonate and propylene carbonate. In this manufacturing method of the gel electrolyte for a secondary battery, the carbonate compound is polymerized and gelated in the existence of an electrolytic solution including the carbonate compound and the lithium ion compound. |
