PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to easily confirm the manufacturer and the type of an FDD without disassembling an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment is constituted so that the operator is enabled to confirm the manufacturer and the type of an FDD by providing an in-line package switch 7 on a repeating board 5 to connect the FDD 1 with an internal control part 10, preliminarily registering the name of the manufacturer, the type and other operation modes for a setting state of the in-line package switch 7 as an information data table 15a of the FDD 1 on the side of the electronic equipment and displaying the manufacturer and type of the FDD by a monitor in the FDD 1 to be incorporated in the electronic equipment.
