Personalised service generation enabling device, a service creation element and related software modules

The personalised service generation enabling device (UT0) generates information that enables a service creation element (SCE) to generate a personalised telecommunications service based on a telecommunication service. This telecommunications service is created by the service creation element (SCE). The personalised service generation enabling device (UT0) is able to provide this telecommunications service to a user. Based on a inputted change instructions (ICI) and on the telecommunications service the personalised service generation enabling device (UT0) translates the change instructions (ICI) into a service generation information (ICIF) which can be handled by the service creation element (SCE). The service generation information (ICIF) is sent towards the service creation element (SCE). The service creation element (SCE) receives this change information (ICIF) and generates a personalised telecommunications service based on the telecommunications service and on the change information. The personalised service is then installed in a relevant network element making the personalised service in this way accessible to the user. The change instruction may be either a user generated change instruction based on the telecommunications service, inputted via a computer terminal (UT0) or a change instruction based on a monitored use of the telecommunications service by the user and on one or more predetermined rules.
