PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing material excellent in softness, abrasion resistance, mold release characteristics, nontackiness, and melt moldabilty by forming a multi-component segmented polymer comprising elastomeric fluorine-containing polymer chain segments and nonelatomeric fluorine-containing polymer chain segments. SOLUTION: A fluorine-containing multi-component segmented polymer comprising elastomeric fluorine-containing polymer chain segments (A) and nonelastomeric fluorine-containing polymer chain segments (B) is used as a material for melt extrusion molding. Preferably, perhaloolefin units account for at least 90 mol% of segments A, and segments A are amorphous and have a glass transition point of 25 deg.C or lower. Preferably, segments B account for at most 30 wt.% of the total polymer and have a crystal melting point or glass transition point of 150 deg.C or higher. The polymer satisfies the condition that (T1-T2) is 30 deg.C or higher when T1 is the 1/2 outflow temperature under a shear stress of 1.23×105 dyn/cm2 by the flow tester temperature rise method and T2 is the 1/2 outflow temperature under a shear stress of 1.23×106 dyn/cm2.
