PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate the open/close by a single part, not depending on the installation direction by forming the full open and full close position single along the periphery of an opening plate alternately at the equal interval and indicating a set of full open and full close position signal while cutting one part of an indicator and forming the installation position changably. SOLUTION: Plural opening position indicators 9 are formed along the periphery of an opening plate 7. Four installation holes 10 are drilled on the opening plate 7 so as to select the installation position with four kinds of different opening plates 7. An indicator consisting of a disk member forms a cut off part 11 which can indicate a set of opening position indicator 9 of the opening plate 7 on its one part. Two sets of screw holes 22 are formed on the spacer 14 for installing the indicator so as to select two kinds of different installation position. Thereby, 8 kinds of combination can be made by the combination of the opening plate 7 with the installation position of the indicator and can be coped with regardless of the installation direction of a gear box.
