PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client inexpensively with a printed matter of a photographic image by facilitating the maintenance work of a photographic image selling machine extremely thereby reducing the cost remarkably. SOLUTION: Each image printer 1 is connected with a closest base station 26 and a plurality of base stations 26 are connected with a public communication network 27. The public communication network 27 is connected with a server 28. The server 28 transmits an advertising information image to a plurality of image printers 1 through the public communication network 27 and the base station 26. Each image printer 1 prints out a photographic image designated by a user while adding an advertising information image received from the server 28 thereto.
