PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occupant passing through front sides of respective main and auxiliary seats from being disturbed by a turning end part of a seatback of the axiliary seat, so as to allow smooth passing, when the seatback of the auxiliary seat juxtaposed to the main seat is turned inwards to be overlapped on a seat cushion. SOLUTION: A main seat 16 and an auxiliary seat 17 are juxtaposed on a cabin floor. A seatback 25 of the auxiliary seat 17 is made to allow overlapping onto a seat cushion 24 by inward turning A thereof. A turned end part of the seatback 25 is projected frontwards from front ends of a seat cushion 20 and the seat cushion 24 in 'an overlapped condition' hereinbefore. A projected portion 28 of the seat back 25 projected frontwards from the front ends of the seat cushions 20, 24 inαthe overlapped condition' of the auxiliary seat 17 is made to be removable and restorable from/to a portion 29 in a turning center side of the seatback 25.
