PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cabinet structure for incorporating and piping of a kitchen device such as a dish washer-drier in particular and general housing in a so- called system kitchen or a cabinet for kitchen furniture such as a sink. SOLUTION: This structure includes a box 24 formed of right and left side panels 22, a rear panel 23 and a bottom panel 21 and opening its top and front side, a medium bottom plate 25 which is provided at the medium stage of this box so as to define a first housing space 25a for a kitchen device on an upper side and a second housing space 25b on a lower side and whose rear end edge is positioned on this side of the rear panel, and a dividing panel 26 closing the space 25a at the rear end of the panel 25 against a piping space continued to the space 25b behind it. Then, the panel 26 is provided with an inspection port 26a which can be opened and closed.
