PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense winning balls and lent balls by discriminating the balls by a single dispensing mechanism for game ball. SOLUTION: This game ball supplying device 1 is provided with a supply side ball passage, a winning ball side ball passage 23, a lent ball side passage 25, a ball distribution mechanism 27 and a game ball sensor. The supply side ball passage is provided with a supply port, a passage 33 and a discharge port 35. A horizontal passage part of the passage 33 makes game balls 15 flowing from a vertical passage part via a right angle bent part 45 flow in a horizontal direction reduced in influence of gravity and supplies the balls 15 to the discharge port 35. The ball distribution mechanism 27 is provided with a lower rotary blade, an upper rotary blade 55, a lower gear, an upper gear, a motor and a case 63. The lower rotary blade has a known sprocket-shaped gear shape as one for delivering game balls. Also the upper rotary blade 55 has the same shape as that of the lower rotary blade. Both the rotary blades are rotated and driven by the motor to dispense Pachinko balls.
