PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film excellent in gas barrier properties under a high humidity condition, the adhesion of a coating film, scratch resistance and secondary processability such as printing or lamination processing. SOLUTION: In a laminated film wherein a coating film containing inorg. plate-shaped particles, and a water soluble or dispersible resin as main constituents is provided on a thermoplastic resin layer and a coating layer containing inorg. particles and/or org. particles is provided on the coating film, the max. surface roughness (Rmax) of the coating layer is 0.3-2μm and the Young's modulus in the longitudinal direction of the film is 1.5 GPa or more.
