PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device capable of preventing the filtration of dust into a case even in the state in which a main switch is off and the device is not in operation. SOLUTION: An image recording device is constituted of a case 101 forming outer walls and an atmosphere suction fan 103 provided on a part of the case 101 and sucking atmospheric air into the case 101. The atmospheric air suction fan 103 is operated at all times as far as a power source plug 111 is inserted into a receptacle regardless of the on-or-off state of a main switch 115, and even when the main switch 115 is in the off state, the air pressure in the case 101 is kept larger than the atmospheric pressure by the atmospheric air suction fan 103. |
