PURPOSE: A container vacuumizing system is provided to lengthen the food preservation period while allowing the container vacuumizing to be performed in an easy manner. CONSTITUTION: A container vacuumizing system comprises a container air suction chamber(2), an upper chamber(3) and a lower chamber(1). A non-return valve unit includes a container-suction chamber control valve(9), a container air suction chamber-lower chamber control valve(7), a lower chamber-upper chamber control valve(8), and a relative valve(6). The air is sucked from a container(100) into the container air suction chamber, and flows into the lower chamber. Then, the air in the lower chamber flows to the upper chamber, and is discharged to the atmosphere. When a pressing portion(4) is pressed, a vacuum pressure is formed within the container air suction chamber, allowing the container-suction chamber control valve to be opened. Thus, the air in the container flow to the container air suction chamber along a container air suction passage(11). Here, the container air suction chamber-lower chamber control valve is closed by the vacuum pressure. The lower chamber opens the lower chamber-upper chamber control valve, and the air in the lower chamber flows toward the upper chamber. Since the upper chamber has a compressed pressure, the relative valve is opened when the compressed pressure is higher than the atmosphere pressure, such that the air is discharged from the upper chamber to the atmosphere.
