PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming corrugated fiberboard cases having different width sizes. SOLUTION: A blank S2 obtained by forming a blank S1 in a recess shape is transferred by an upper part transfer unit 70 for pressing upper and lower parts of a rear end of the blank S2 and a lower part transfer unit 31b, formed in a prismatic shape, and an opening of a preceding side of its prismatic body is sealed to form a corrugated fiberboard case. Phase regulators 170 for regulating phases of drive wheels 35, 71 are respectively provided at rotary torque transmission systems of drivers of the upper and lower part transfer units. The wheels are rotated by the regulators to regulate blank pressing pawls 37, 73 provided at the transfer units to press the blank S1 by the pawls even by altering a width size of the blank S1, thereby forming corrugated fiberboard cases having different width sizes.
