PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change machining positions with ease without restrictions on design and the need for increasing the size of a device. SOLUTION: A housing 11 is provided with, in a prescribed arrangement along its circumference, six eccentric sleeves 12, each being rotatable about a center axis P by a switching operation shaft 15. At the eccentric position of each of the eccentric sleeves 12, a spindle 13 with an input gear 19 fixedly connected thereto is rotatable about a center axis S. A first output gear 21 and a second output gear 23 are provided so as to mesh with the input gear 19 at a first rotation position and at a second rotation position of the eccentric sleeve 12, respectively, and are rotatable by driving force of a drive shaft 20.
