PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely transmit information imparted to a subject even in use in a place where noise is much on the periphery by arranging a bone conduction sound transmitting vibrator in a face abutting part abutting to a face part on the subject, and vibrating the vibrator to transmit the information imparted to the subject as a bone conduction sound. SOLUTION: A subject makes an inspection by observing an inspection index by looking in a device from an inspection window 2. A headrest 3 is installed on the periphery of the inspection window 2 to support a face of the subject by allowing a forehead of the subject to abut to a front end part of the headrest 3 to fix eyes to be examined at inspection time. A vibrator 25 is arranged in the front end part of the headrest 3 abutting to the forehead of the subject to transmit information imparted to the subject as a bone conduction sound by the vibration. Various vibrating elements such as an element using a magnet and a coil and a piezoelectric element can be used as the vibrator 25.
