PURPOSE:To widely disperse orientation starting points and to reveal the uniform aperture properties, namely the air-permeability and uniform strength of a composite film by melting and laminating the specified resin composition on the specified nonwoven fabric and thereafter stretching this resin composition. CONSTITUTION:Resin composition is constituted of 50-80vol.% thermoplastic resin which consists of at least one kind of resin and has 0.870-0.945g/cm<3> density and 20-50vol.% bead made of spherical resin having 0.1-4.0mum average particle diameter. This resin composition is melted and laminated on nonwoven fabric having 10-400mum thickness and thereafter uniaxially or biaxially stretched together with nonwoven fabric at multiplying factor of 1.1-3.0 times to obtain a composite film. This composite film is regulated so that nonwoven fabric contains resin having melting point higher than 40 deg.C and lower than the temperature of molten laminate of the resin composition by at least 50 deg.C. Thereby the homogeneous composite film is obtained which has high air-permeability, high strength and smoothness of the surface. |
