PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing clonorchiasis by analysing the urine is provided for improving sensitivity and specificity for a clonorchiasis antigen, thereby clonorchiasis can be easily diagnosed by general persons. CONSTITUTION: The method for diagnosing clonorchiasis comprises the steps of: attaching the clonorchiasis antigen to each well surface of 96 well microplate; diluting urine with a diluting solution; adding the diluted urine solution into the wells and reacting at an appropriate temperature for an appropriate time; adding a rabbit anti-human immunoglobulin antibody linked with horseradish peroxidase(HRP), an anti-dog immunoglobulin antibody linked with horseradish peroxidase(HRP), and rabbit anti-cat immunoglobulin antibody linked with horseradish peroxidase(HRP) into wells to bind the antigen-antibody complex; adding a dye consisting of o-phenylenediamine and hydrogen peroxide; adding light hydrogen sulfate to terminate the reaction; and measuring color degree with a micro well reader.
