PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the optimum state of combustion regardless of the kind of waste. SOLUTION: A primary burner 32, in front of which is provided with a primary air vent 60 taking in the primary air required for the incineration of waste W, is arranged inside an outer cabinet 12. A fire grate 36 is arranged to the primary burner 32 forming a lower space 35, and the waste W is kept on stored on the fire grate 36. A dust-collecting chimney is arranged to the primary burner 32 connecting with the lower space 35. A gasifying storage chamber 20 is arranged connecting with the upper part of the primary burner 32, and stores dry distilled gas generated from the waste W. The dry distilled gas in the gasifying storage chamber 20 is burned near the primary air hole 60 while being mixed with the primary air by the sucking action of the dust collecting chimney, and the primary air oxygen of which is consumed by the burning of the dry distilled gas is used for the incineration of the waste W.
