发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display is provided to improve yield rate though a short is generated between the first indium tin oxide(ITO) that are pixel electrodes of box form and a gate bus line which are on same layer. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode is formed by patterning the first transparent electrode on a glass substrate. A gate bus line and a common bus line are formed on the glass substrate. A gate insulation film is deposited and patterned on the glass substrate. Then an etch stopper and an active are formed by patterning. The second transparent electrode for an opposite electrode is deposited and patterned. A data line and source/drain electrode are formed by a source/drain metal. A protection film is coating on the results and is patterning and opening for an out leader bonding operation.
