PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a satisfactory and secure ignition even in an initial ignition under non-stationary combustion environment such as unfavorable wind inflow and the like, and even in a reignition at the flame failure during continuous combustion. SOLUTION: When a combustor 2 is not ignited even by an ordinary ignition control means 6, and when a flame failure during continuous combustion is detected with a flame rod 7, a non-stationary judgement section 9 judges that a non-stationary combustion environment happens. After supply gas pressure and an air feed amount are increased and altered more than ordinary values by a supply degree alteration control section 10 after receiving the judgement, an igniter 5 is fired with an ignition control section 11. Ignition action is repeated several times. Post-purge time may be increased with a purge control section 12 every time. Additionally, the supply gas pressure and the feed air amount may be increased stepwise every time when the firing action is repeated.
