PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a linerless thermosensitive recording label, having superior peeling characteristic and further superior preservable stability in combination. SOLUTION: This process for producing a thermosensitive recording label is characterized with a base provided with a thermosensitive recording layer on one surface and a plastic film provided with an adhesive layer on one surface and a release layer on the other surface being superposed on each other through cold lamination and the surface of the base of the laminate is provided with a tacky adhesive layer. As a result, a thermosensitive recording label without liners which can have sufficient peeling performance in the release layer of the label without, liner and has light resistance and water resistance which do not exist for the ordinary thermosensitive recording labels may be easily produced without the occurrence of coloration errors of the thermosensitive recording layer. |
