Creatine alpha -ketoglutarates (1:1) (I) and creatine alpha -ketoglutarates (2:1) or other anion/creatine alpha -ketoglutarates (1:1:1) (II) are new. Creatine alpha -ketoglutarates of formulae (I) and (II) are new. R1 = creatine; R2 = creatine, Na, K, 1/2 Mg, Ca, basic aminoacid, dimethylaminoethanol or aminoethanol; m = 0-10. An Independent claim is included for the preparation of (I) and (II).
