摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely position and align magnetic parts of any shape and to improve the cost performance and the flexibility by combining a positioning table, nonmagnetic walls separated from one another to hold a part placed on the positioning table therebetween, and two magnets mounted outside of the nonmagnetic walls. SOLUTION: A part positioning table 2 is fixed to a central part of a base 1, and non-magnetic walls 3 are standed at both left and right sides on an upper surface of the part positioning table 2, and two permanent magnets 4a, 4b are mounted outside of the non-magnetic walls 3. The both magnets 4a, 4b are mounted on both supporting tables 6a, 6b, and a center of magnetic flux 7 is positioned at an upper part with respect to the upper surface of the part positioning table 2. Both supporting tables 6a, 6b are engaged with both ball screws 8a, 8b, and reciprocatably moved on both linear ways 9a, 9b laid on the base 1, and both ball screws 8a, 8b are rotated and driven by both servomotors 13a, 13b. A magnetic part 5 is magnetically floated on the component positioning table 2 to be three-dimensionally positioned.
