PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a possible danger of an operator working occasionally in the free space on the underside of a sheet paper carrying section. SOLUTION: When a detector 30 detects the vertical length of a free space 29 exceeding a previously settable value, a sheet paper carrying section 4 is stopped and kept in stopped state forcibly so long as the vertical length of the free space 29 exceeds a preset value. |
