PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength of a mounting mechanism and eliminate restrictions on the assembly order of the mounting mechanism and a propeller shaft by disposing the propeller shaft between a one-side mounting mechanism and an exhaust manifold, provided at a cylinder head and a cylinder block of an engine. SOLUTION: An engine 10 is mounted on an engine room 8, elastically supported by a mounting device for a vehicle 24. With the mounting device 24, an exhaust manifold 32 is mounted on the engine at a block-side exhaust wall portion 42 at a bottom side of a tilted cylinder block 16 and a head-side exhaust wall portion 30 at a bottom side of a tilted cylinder head 20. A front- side propeller shaft 40 for transmitting driving force of the engine 10 to a front- side differential is disposed between the exhaust manifold 32 and a one-side bracket for engine 44 which constitutes a one-side mounting mechanism 26 for supporting a bottom side of the tilted engine 10. With this configuration, restrictions on the assembly order of the one-side mounting mechanism 26 and front-side propeller shaft 40 can be eliminated.
