<p>A cDNA which codes for a secretin receptor originating in rat-mouse hybrid NG108-15 cells has been cloned by the expression cloning technique to determine the nucleotide sequence and the presumptive amino acid sequence for structural analysis. The cDNA has been used to transform and express COS cells. It has become possible to supply stably a secretin receptor which is useful in both fundamental research and clinical application by introducing the cloned rat secretin receptor cDNA into host cells and expressing the same.</p> |
