PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically assembling a game board by carrying in layered outer rails by a pallet, placing the outer rails on an inserting jig after separating the outer rails as a single body, and installing the outer rails on a board surface by transferring the outer rails while bending the outer rails into a circular arc shape. SOLUTION: Outer rails 5 are mounted in a layer shape on a pallet 9 at a preparatory station #1 to be sent to a separating station #3 via a carrying-in station #2, and the layered outer rails 5 are separated into single sheet units to be taken out. These taken-out outer rails 5 are preliminarily curved and placed in a prescribed position of an inserting jig 11. Next, the outer rails 5 are transferred while bending the outer rails into a circular arc shape by a second transfer robot 3 to be sent to a fixing pin attitude arranging station #5 to arrange an attitude of fixing pins. These outer rails 5 are sent to an inserting station #6 to be installed on a board surface. Thus, assembling work can be automatically performed. |
