摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a film that is excellent in biodegradability by forming pores having a pore size in a specified range present in a specified proportion on the film surface. SOLUTION: A polyparadioxanone porous film contains 1,000-100,000 pores having a pore size of 1-200μm per square mm on the surface. The porous film is produced by subjecting a polyparadioxanone sheet which contains 0.1-10 wt.% inorganic particles having a particle diameter of 1-50μm to stretching treatment. A thickness of the porous film is not particularly limited and can be selected according to the use of the film, but it is generally 5-200μm, and preferably 6-50μm. The inorganic particle is not particularly restricted if only it has a particle diameter of 1-50μm and the known inorganic particle used as a filler for a resin can be used. The inorganic particle of magnesium carbonate or calcium carbonate is particularly preferred. As a process for subjecting the sheet containing inorganic particles to stretching treatment, uniaxial stretching, sequential biaxial stretching, simultaneous biaxial stretching or the like can be adopted, but uniaxial stretching can be desirably employed.
