PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dispersion of an odor to a room by providing a first air permeable route arranged inside a main body, a sucking means connected to the first route and the second permeable route connected to the sucking means and discharging sucked air from the front surface of a base material from the second route. SOLUTION: The sucking means 2 sucks air from the first air permeable route 3 and supplies air sucked from the second route 4 by arranging an opening part 4a in a next room with the partitioning 13 of the next room concerning a patient 10 who is lying with a pillow 12 on a main body part 1 under a quilt 11. The first route is clogged at the end part and provided with multiple air permeable ports 3a in the upper part. The lower and side surfaces of the base material 1a are covered by a cover 1b. Then only an air stream from the upper part of the patient 10 is permitted to flow into the porous base material 1a, air sucked by the sucking means 2 contains an odor component generated by the patient 10 and the air is discharged from the opening part 4a of the second route 4 to the outside of the room.
