PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anticipation of appropriate and reasonable improvement and target setting for each trainee of different physical condition, age and sexual distinction. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a controlling device 24 that reads out information related to body movement of a person from a data memory device 27 that stores a plurality of data classified by groups and dates, a control device 24 that anticipates the body movement of the next date by calculation from the result of analysis of body movement taking the read-out information into consideration, and a display part 22 that displays the result of calculation as a target value. It anticipates appropriate and reasonable improvement for each trainee of difference physical condition, age and sexual distinction. It permits resetting of a target at any time so that one can compare the target value with the actual improvement at next opportunity of movement observation. Thus, this invention provides to trainees the apparatus that promotes motivation for training. |
