PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily convey a device up to a slope part where a bar steel member is inserted and installed by making the device lightweight. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left hydraulic cylinders 3A, 3B are fixedly arranged on a support frame 2 having a seating face for a withdrawing test nut 31 allowing the projecting head of a rock bolt RB to pass therethrough and threadably engaged with the projecting head of a bar steel member, with pistons 4A, 4B facing forward of the seating surface. An abutting plate 6 having a through hole for the rock bolt RB is laid across horizontally between the piston heads. A projection 16 is provided on the front face of the abutting plate 6 and a withdrawing resistance testing device 1 freely oscillates using the projection 16 as the fulcrum of rotation.
