PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle transfer device that transfers bottles its conveyor carries in to the circumferential edge of turntables, only with screws or without using star wheels. SOLUTION: The bottle transfer device comprises a conveyor 4 for carrying in bottles 10 placed thereon, a turntable 1 for receiving the bottles 10 that the conveyor 4 carries thereinto, and a screw 5 for transferring the bottles 10 on the conveyor 4 to the circumferential edge of the turntable 1. When the bottles 10 are transferred to the circumferential edge of the turntable 1, the screw 5 has its axial center tangential to the turntable 1 or the screw 5 crosses the conveyor 4.
