PURPOSE: A road indicating lamp is provided to stably maintain an indicating function when a weather is bad and alien matters are adhered to a road. CONSTITUTION: A wind force generator converts a rotating force of a windmill. A charge section(30) charges a voltage and supplies a power to a battery. A lighting section(40) performs a lighting operation by using a current of the battery. A controller(70) controls lighting and switching states of the lighting section(40). The controller(70) includes a photo sensor to senses whether the road is bright or black. A solar heat generator is mounted to the wind force generator. The charge section(50) charges an electric energy generated by the solar heat generator and supplies a power to the battery. The controller(70) controls the charge section(50) by a maximum power point tracking method. |
