PREPARING PROCESS FOR MICROCAPSULE

PURPOSE: A novel microcapsule containing amido aldehyde resin membrane is provided, which contains drugs, perfume, agricultural chemicals, adhesive agents, food, coloring agents, ink, and regenerating agents in a core. CONSTITUTION: A preparing process for microcapsule comprises: pouring methoxy polyethylglycol, acrylic acid, benzene, sulfuric acid, hydroquinone into a flask, and processing ester reaction while shaking; eliminating moisture, distilling benzene, and adding water to get methoxy polyethyleneglycol acrylate; dissolving methoxy polyethyleneglycol acrylate in deionized water, and adding 98% acrylic acid and acrylonitrile; mixing the compound to be even solution, adding ammonium persulfate while maintaining the reaction system at 30°C, and adding sodium hydrogen sulfide solution after 5minutes; after maintaining the system at 75°C for 1hr, cooling and adding 20% sodium hydroxide till the pH to be 4.0 to get water-soluble polymer 25% solution; diluting the solution with water to get 5% solution, adding core materials, and emulsifying with a homo-mixer; adding methylated methylolmelamin resin to the o/w type emulsion; heating the system to 60°C and condensing for 2hrs; and cooling to get the microcapsule.
