The hand power tool with a moment of momentum from rotary pulses has a housing (1), a drive motor (18) with a drive shaft (17), pulse generator (12) and a reduction gearing (11). A clutch coupling (8,9) links the reduction gearing (11) and the pulse generator (12), to prevent a delay at the drive motor (18) during the generation of each pulse. The clutch coupling (8,9) is integrated into the pulse generator (11), with a hydraulic operation through oil pressure. The clutch (8,9) can have a hydrodynamic operation, and can be a disk clutch. At least one of the rotating masses of the powered components (9,11,17,18) has a raised moment of inertia.
