The invention concerns a fluid product dispensing device, comprising a product reservoir (10) and a dispensing member (20), such as a pump, actuated by an actuating rod (5) connected to a dispensing head (30) for selective dispensing of the product, said dispensing member (20) being fixed to said reservoir (10) by a fixing element (40), the dispensing device comprising an air vent (50) located outside the reservoir (10) and the fixing element (40), an air filtering element (60, 75) being provided in the proximity of said air vent (50), outside said fixing element (40), said filtering element (60, 75) being maintained on or in the proximity of the air vent (50) by an outer member (70) mounted on the fixing element (40) and/or the reservoir (10). The invention is characterised in that said outer member (70) comprises a fixing part (71) which is attached on the element (40) fixing the dispensing device and a flexible membrane part (75) sealingly connected to said actuating rod (25) and/or to a portion (35) of said dispensing head.
