An air flow measuring device for internal combustion engine, comprising an air flow measurer, a pressure gauge, an electronically controlled throttle body, and a microcomputer, all formed integrally with each other, wherein the compensation and control of air flow and troubleshooting are performed in the microcomputer formed integrally, whereby air flow signals from which errors are eliminated so as to suppress the discharge of harmful exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine are output, self-diagnosis is made on the possibility of a trouble with the air flow measuring device or the electronically controlled throttle body so as to prevent an accident from occurring, and a sucking air amount is controlled optimally.
