PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a line in a network owned by one company by acquiring information about an incoming subscriber from a CDMA data base to be analyzed and connected based on a calling signal from an inputted calling subscriber and connecting the call to an applicable CDMA system exchange. SOLUTION: When the calling is accepted from the subscriber of the present network PCD system or other company, a connection request to a CDMA subscriber from an incoming number is recognized by an incoming number analyzing part 10 provided inside and a reading processing of the call incoming subscriber information for a CDMA system HLR is performed by starting a CDMA data base access control part 13 by a PCD system exchange. After that, the CDMA system exchange within the range of which the call incoming subscriber exists is recognized by receiving reading response from the CDMA system HLR and the call is routed to the CDMA system exchange within the range of which the call incoming subscriber exists by a call connection control part 11 by the PCD system exchange.
