<p>PURPOSE:To keep comfortable and soft elasticity and to prevent uncomfortable sound from being generated by mutually laminating a flexible sheet between two sheets of flexible sheets and injecting water or a glyceral aqueous solution into the interposition part of a mold release filmlike material and forming a compartment chamber and a flow path and dissolving the mold release filmlike material. CONSTITUTION:An elastic mat is formed of both a plurality of compartment chambers 2 filled with liquid between two sheets of flexible sheets 1, 1 laminated with each other and flow paths 3 which communicate these compartment chambers 2 and cause resistance in flow of liquid. In the case of producing this elastic mat, the flexible sheets 1, 1 are laminated in a state wherein a mold release filmlike material 4 described below is pinched between two sheets of flexible sheets 1, 1. The mold release filmlike material l, has a plane shape correspondent to these compartment chambers 2 and the flow paths 3 and is dissolved into water or a glycerol aqueous solution. Then water or the glycerin aqueous solution is injected into the interposition part of the mold release filmlike material 4 by using a syringe until water or the glycelin aqueous solution occupies 10wt.% of total weight of the mat. Thereby these compartment chambers 2 and the flow paths 3 are formed and the mold release filmlike material 4 is dissolved.</p> |
