MAGAZINE TRANSFER APPARATUS FOR SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A magazine transfer device for supplying exhausting materials for a semiconductor is provided to improve the efficiency of work by circulating a multitude of magazine. CONSTITUTION: An upper base plate(11) loads a multitude of magazine and has the first belt(11a). A lower base plate(12) loads a multitude of magazine and has the second belt(12a). The third belt(13a) is installed at front ends of the upper and the lower base plates(11,12). A loading elevator(13) is installed at the inside of the first and the second belts(11a,12a). The fourth belt(14a) is installed at rear ends of the first and the second belts(11a,12a). An unloading elevator(14) is installed at the inside of first and the second belts(11a,12a).
