PURPOSE: A turn-out part structure for rail of railroad is provided to reduce the noise, vibration and abrasion, and lengthen the life of wheel and rail, and improve the riding condition. CONSTITUTION: A composition method for urn-out part structure comprises the steps of; forming a depressed part behind the slope part(12) of one connection rail(11); inserting a head part of the other connection rail(11') into the depressed part, and bonding to complete joint part(10); forming more higher a contact part(21) of wing rail(20,20') which the train is contacted on during passing through, so that a slope face(22) is formed at a same angle with the oblique angle of rail wheel.
