发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DISCONTINUOUS EXPOSURE LENS WITH DIFFRACTION GRATING
摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a discontinuous exposure lens with a diffraction grating is provided to manage a lens easily without a gap on the surface of a diffraction grating functioning as a discontinuous lens and to manufacture the lens without limit in size and shape of blocks as well as to economize in cost by not using a metal mold for manufacturing the block type discontinuous lens. CONSTITUTION: An optical polymer material is coated over a continuous lens(22) to form a thin film layer(21) and an exposure lens has no gap on the sectional area. The discontinuous exposure lens forms a diffraction grating on the thin film layer(21) by interference between two lights. The lights are transmitted through the continuous lens(22) and diffracted by the diffraction grating to perform discontinuous lens function. The thin film layer(21) is coated on the lens by the optical polymer material without a metal mold and exposed by the interference between the lights. Thus, plural diffraction gratings are formed repetitively on each block.
